One/Five…Kodiak!
Today’s One/Five was inspired by the new hues of Waltham Aran uploaded to the shop Friday! The pattern is one originally released in Kettle Yarn Co. Waltham Aran earlier this spring by Paulina Popiolek, the lush cardi-coat Kodiak.
Originally knit in the light Graveney grey, I’ve mocked it up in the new bright hues and staple Peaky Blinder charcoal, so you can see how it would knit up in different colours:
Yet another stunning design by Paulina, the cardi is a rich, warm layer that will keep you warm this winter.
Perfect to wrap you up in soft, squishy comfort on cold days it would be a relatively quick, simple knit in the thicker yarn, with a gorgeous cable detail at the back!
